These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website Cubahosts.com and the services provided by the company, including tourism guiding, personal security, and coaching/mentoring services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website or booking a Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Description

Cubahosts.com provides a multidisciplinary platform offering:

  • Tourism Services: Guided tours, logistics, and travel assistance within Cuba.
  • Personal Security: Protection and risk management services for individuals.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Professional and personal development sessions delivered in-person or via digital platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp).

2. Payments and Fees

We offer two methods of payment to provide flexibility to our clients:

  • Prepayment via Stripe: Users may choose to pay for services in advance through our secure Stripe gateway. These payments are subject to Stripe’s processing terms.
  • Cash on Delivery (USD): Services may be paid in cash (United States Dollars) upon completion of the service in Cuba. By choosing this method, the client enters into a binding agreement to pay the full agreed amount immediately after the service is rendered.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Services (Stripe): Cancellations made [Insert Number, e.g., 48] hours before the service date may be eligible for a [Partial/Full] refund, minus processing fees.
  • Cash Services: While no advance payment is required, we trust in the commitment of our clients. Late cancellations or “no-shows” may result in the client being barred from future bookings on our platform.
  • Coaching: Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited without a refund (if prepaid).

4. Personal Security Disclaimer

While Cubahosts.com employs trained professionals to provide personal security, the client acknowledges that security services involve inherent risks. Cubahosts.com shall not be held liable for unforeseen criminal acts, government actions, or force majeure events. Our role is one of risk mitigation and professional protection.

5. Coaching and Mentoring Relationship

The client understands that coaching and mentoring are not substitutes for professional mental health therapy, legal advice, or medical treatment. The client remains 100% responsible for their own decisions and actions taken during or after the sessions.

6. Use of Third-Party Platforms

For digital services (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp), Cubahosts.com is not responsible for technical failures, data breaches, or privacy issues originating from these third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cubahosts.com (and its officers, employees, or partners) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tourism, security, or coaching services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (State of [Insert State, e.g., Delaware/Florida]). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
